Slow Cooker Meatloaf Slow Cooker Meatloaf                            Printer Friendly Ingredients:  v 1 1/2 pounds Sensenig's Fresh Ground Turkey  v 1 onion, chopped  v 1 green bell pepper, seeded & chopped  v 1 egg white  v 3/4 cup ketchup  v 1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs  v 1 tablespoon yellow mustard  v 1/4 teaspoon salt  v 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper Cover a wire rack small enough to fit in the slow cooker with foil; spray the foil with non-stick spray. Combine the turkey, onion, bell pepper, egg white, 1/4 cup of the ketchup, the bread crumbs, mustard, salt and pepper in a large bowl; mix well. transfer the turkey mixture to the rack; form into a 5 x 9-inch loaf. Place the meatloaf and the rack in a 5- or 6-quart slow cooker. Spread the top of the meatloaf with the remaining 1/2 cup of ketchup. Cover and cook until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, 3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Transfer to a cutting board; cut into 6 slices. Makes 6 servings.
